Intro to Ritual Reform Method (40-minute intro)

Intro to Ritual Reform Method is a 40-minute beginner’s class that covers an intro to our studio, our machines, and to teaching the essential xFormer moves used throughout our other classes.

This class is best for those new to xFormer but is not required before taking Ritual 50.

Offered twice weekly at each of our studios. Standard class rates apply.

Ritual 50 (Total Body)

Ritual 50 is our standard total body workout. Ritual 50 is for those who feel comfortable with their balance and who can hold a plank for 60 seconds. While it is not required, we encourage taking Intro to Ritual Reform Method first. For results and maintenance this class is ideally taken 3 - 4 times a week.

Offered daily, 7 days a week at all studios. Standard class rates apply.

Ritual Release (30 min burn + 20 min stretch)

Ritual Release is designed to offer a whole body workout and stretch release in one 50-minute class. Enjoy 30 minutes of total body burn followed by 20 minutes of total body stretch using the Xformer.

Offered twice weekly at each of our studios. Standard class rates apply.

Ritual Restore (50-minute deep stretch)

Ritual Restore is designed to offer a 50 minute whole body stretch class. This class is great for recovery and flexibility. All levels welcome, however attending an intro class will help you understand the machine first. Standard class rates apply.

Advanced Ritual 50 (50-minute advanced class)

Advanced Ritual 50 is designed for students who have taken 50 classes or more at our studio. Please do not enroll in this class if if you have not taken at least 50 classes with us, are pregnant, or have an active injury. You will automatically be taken out of class if you have not taken 50 classes with us. Standard class rates apply.

Abs + Arms (50-minute concentrated burn)

Abs + Arms class focuses only on core and upper body strength. This class is considered a more advanced class and is ideal for students who have taken 25 or more classes with us. Standard class rates apply.

Ass + Abs (50-minute concentrated burn)

Ass + Abs class focuses only on core and booty strength. This class is considered a more advanced class and is ideal for students who have taken 25 or more classes with us. Standard class rates apply.

Community Classes (50-minute Total Body)

Community classes are taught by our teachers-in-training and offered at select times only, and at certain times of the year. Please check the schedule prior to purchasing a community class credit to ensure you are able to attend. We cannot refund you for unused classes.

Look for the label “Community Class” on the schedule.

Off Peak Classes (50-minute Total Body))

Off peak classes are the same as our standard Ritual50 classes but are offered at off-peak class times, and therefore at a discount! Classes will be labeled “Off-Peak” if offered at your studio.

Typically offered weekdays at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00pm.
